By downloading, accessing, or using the PickleFlex mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized use or a violation of these Terms.
PickleFlex allows users to create profiles, join leagues, and chat with others. You agree not to:
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user who violates these guidelines without notice. Users can report inappropriate content via the "Report Issue" or "Help" features in the App.
Participation in leagues and matches is subject to the specific rules and formats outlined within the App. We strive to ensure fair play but are not responsible for disputes arising from on-court behavior.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service.
