This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how PickleFlex ("We", "Us", or "Our") collects, protects, and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") provide on the PickleFlex mobile application ("App"). This Policy applies to the PickleFlex iOS and Android applications.

2. Collection of Personal Information

We receive and store information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account, update your profile, or submit match scores.

• Identity Data: First name, last name, date of birth, and gender.
• Contact Data: Email address.
• Profile Data: Skill level, home court location, and profile photograph.
• Match Data: Scores, match history, and league participation.

3. Use of Collected Information

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Facilitate pickleball leagues, match scheduling, and rankings.
• Send administrative information, such as match confirmations or password resets.
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' Personal Information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and advertisers.

• Other Users: Your name, profile photo, skill level, and match statistics are visible to other users of the App to facilitate league play.
• Legal Compliance: We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.

5. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated Personal Information at any time. You can do this directly within the App by navigating to Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active databases, although anonymized match history may be retained to preserve league integrity.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Information through our App.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. When we do, we will verify the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
